RNase A Solution

FavorPrep™ RNase A Solution is designed as a ready-to-used formula for removing RNA contamination in DNA extraction.
RNase A is an endoribonuclease that specifically degrades single-stranded RNA by cleaving phosphodiester bonds at pyrimidine residues, ensuring that the extracted DNA is pure and free from RNA interference. Generally, RNase A is a lyophilized formula designed to ensure long-term storage and easy to shipment. FavorPrep™ RNase A Solution with the uniquely designed buffer formula, considers both long-term stability in liquid form and maintaining user-friendliness. It can apply in genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, circulating DNA extraction for widely downstream applications, like cloning, qPCR, NGS.
